3. Service Availability

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes: All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, additional work requested, or unforeseen challenges.  If there are no changes, quotes are valid for 30 days.

Pricing: Pricing for services is subject to change and will be confirmed in writing before any work begins. We strive to offer competitive prices while maintaining the highest level of service quality.

Payment Terms: For repairs and small projects below £500, payment is due upon project completion.  Larger projects require 20% downpayment with the balance upon completion.  Payment should be made by bank transfer.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Once you’ve accepted a quote, we will schedule your service appointment. You will be notified in advance of the service date and time.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  For cancellations, there will be a charge if any bespoke work has been carried out.

6. Responsibilities of the Customer

Access: You must ensure that the work area is accessible and clear of any obstacles before we arrive.   If the area is inaccessible or requires additional work to prepare, additional charges may apply.

Permits: It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals for the glazing services, if applicable.

Materials: We will provide the necessary materials unless otherwise specified in the quote.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 12-monthwarranty on all labour and materials used in our services, glazing carried a 10 year guarantee. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to maintain the glazing properly.

8. Liability

Limitation of Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our work, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use or installation of our products.

Damage to Property: In the rare event that our work results in damage to your property (other than normal wear and tear), we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly. However, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged glazing service.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information only for the purpose of providing our services and improving your customer experience. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
